Samples of bottle available on international market are blind tasted by our professional tasting panels, which includes everytime as moderator a Sommelier Professor, senior and junior Sommelier, Students from the 3rd and 2nd level, professionals from the wineworld as Chef de Range, winetraders, Owners of Restaurants.
The Analisys Criteria are expressed in concepts and not point, these evaluation are a technical sensoric analysis report, a sense classification under international wine tasting criteria
